1- تزويد الطلاب بالمعلومات المتطورة والتي ترتبط بشكل مباشر بعملية التعليم والبحث .

2- تزويد الطلاب بنافذة للوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات بأشكالها المختلفة

To provide access to sources of information in various forms.

3- تطوير الكتب بمركز مصادر التعلم لجميع الأنظمة وترتيبها بأحدث وسائل التكنولوجيا والأدوات المتقدمة في مجال المكتبة وخدمة المعلومات لتسهل عملية البحث واسترجاع المعلومات في أسرع وأدق وقت ممكن .

To develop the Learning Resource Centre collection in all disciplines and organise it with the latest technology and advanced tools in the field of library and information services, in order to facilitate the process of search and retrieval in the fastest and most accurate time possible.

4- إعداد الطلاب ليكونوا باحثين ومستخدمين فعالين للتكنولوجيا من خلال تزويدهم بمجموعات الكتب العملية والعميقة.

To prepare the students to become effective researchers and users of information through providing them with a collection that is both thoughtful and practical.
